So these rooms were reconfigured and the entire flat was completely renovated including a video security system and soundproofing, due to a noisy next door flat. The Group was also able to negotiate and obtain a lease extension from the owner, making the property even more desirable. The first day on the market the property received three competitive bids and the final sale price broke the record for flats in the Pimlico area. Alchemi Group's investors enjoyed a 34.8 % ROI on that transaction.
