Alchemi Group bought a very nondescript 1917, 3,500 square foot house which had not been updated in over 30 years. The home was a block away from the Long Island Sound, so the Group renovated the exterior, putting a turret on the front of the house to create incredible vista views of the water. Alchemi Group added 1,500 square feet of living space, a new kitchen and state of the art bathrooms. Landscaping added 50 trees and 170 shrubs, creating privacy for the new pool and pool house. The property was sold at the first open house, generating a 30% ROI for the Group's investors.
