Alchemi Group bought an 1875, 4,800 square foot house with great bones but lots of issues. As part of the renovation, the Group added a two car garage in keeping with the look and feel of the house. The renovation involved completely upgrading the kitchen and bathrooms and reconfiguring the space to be more open and appealing for contemporary living. The renovation attracted a lot of press due to the care taken to maintain the original character and design of the house. The property sold for a record price in that area during a market slump. Alchemi Group delivered a 25% ROI for their investors.
