In 2007, Alchemi Group bought neighboring sites in Strutton Ground comprising three shops, four flats and 6,000 square feet of commercial rental space.

The three shops have been sold on long leases. The four flats have been sold for prices ranging form £300 - £750,000.

The commercial space was let on an improved lease and planning permission obtained to add more space. The package sold as a commerical investment for £2,575,000.
