Alchemi Group purchased this dilapidated three-bedroom flat in April 2007. It was being rented for under market value. Simply by giving the space a cosmetic overhaul, Alchemi was able to increase the rent by 50%. The Group's intention is to fully renovate this flat in the summer of 2008. The spec is currently being reviewed, and more than likely, will have many "eco" attributes to ensure responsible building and living. In the meantime, Alchemi has already gone ahead and refurbished the exterior of the building and the internal communal areas.
