13-19 Leinster Square
Appointed by Angelo Gordon & Co to achieve a successful and ambitious planning success for the residential conversion of the Umi Hotel at 13-19 Leinster Square. This grade II listed building complements Alchemi Group's neighbouring development at 7-12 Leinster Square, creating an opportunity to rejuvenate a large portion of the street.
This residential scheme, designed in collaboration with architects TateHindle and was granted a successful planning approval for 15 homes by Westminster City Council in November 2014. The development will undergo a sensitive and traditional restoration and return this wonderful stucco fronted terrace back to its original use as private homes. The development comprises of a concierge to manage four triplex and 1 duplex houses (all with multiple, private outdoor spaces) and lateral apartments with discreet, direct entrance lifts, over approximately 41,500 ft2 of saleable space.
Alchemi Group also worked with local residents and the garden committee to fully rejuvenate the 1 acre garden square. The works were carried out by Ginko Gardens.
