Alchemi Group purchased two blocks of 12 apartments in the South End of Stamford, Connecticut.  At present all the apartments in the complex are rented, producing an income of $216,000/year, a yield of 8.64%. The properties are located in an area undergoing a massive $4.5 billion dollar regeneration by Antares and Building and Land Technologies. The 1st phase of the regeneration is currently underway and will be completed by 2010.

The Group will rent the two sites until 2012, then plan to convert the twelve apartments to condos and sell them.
