Alchemi Group have been employed by Development Securities, PLC to undertake the conversion of their recent purchase of Westminster Palace Gardens.

The £10 million property comprises 75,000 square feet, with 29 flats, 30 offices and 4 retail units. The building is Grade 2 listed with English Heritage and the project will be completed according to their guidelines. Construction will be staggered over two years to ultimately create 49 apartments, 13 offices and 4 retail units.
