Alchemi Group have been employed by Development Securities, PLC to undertake the conversion of Westminster Palace Gardens. The £10 million property comprises 75,000 square feet, with 29 flats, 30 offices and 4 retail units. The building is Grade 2 listed with English Heritage and the project will be completed according to their guidelines. Construction will be staggered over two years to ultimately create 49 apartments, 13 offices and 4 retail units.

Alchemi secured the off-plan sale of all apartments  to a single purchaser in May 2011 and as a result, are on track to provide Development Securities with one of the highest returns of all their developments.
