In Dec. 2009, Alchemi Group bought a vacant, 6,000 square foot office building overlooking the grounds of Buckingham Palace.

The front half of the building will house a ground floor retail unit, three two bedroom duplexes and one lateral two bedroom apartment. The back half of the buidling will be new construction comprising one wheelchair accessible two bedroom duplex, one three bedroom duplex and a three bedroom penthouse with roof terrace.
