In 2006, Alchemi Group purchased an 826 square foot, one-bedroom flat overlooking the lovely private gardens of the square. The Group immediately saw potential to improve the flat and create a modern, luxurious space. It is currently rented out while plans are underway to begin renovation in January 2010. The tired communal hallways are also in the process of being refurbished, finishing the complete package for this property. Overall, the group is solving three issues which plagued this flat: layout, lease extension and internal building renovation.
