In July 2007, Alchemi Group bought a 12,700 square foot building in Central London which housed nine offices and a shop on the ground floor.

When the purchase was made the building had only four tenants and was bringing in £144,000 per year in rent. After just three months the directors were able to fill the building to 100% capacity, resulting in an income of £315,000 pounds/year. In December of 2007, Alchemi Group secured planning to convert the building into residential space creating nine, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
