After a short time as a central London estate agent, Charlie joined Barratt Homes in the early 90’s where he managed a multi-million pound part exchange portfolio of residential property. This gave him invaluable problem solving experience in challenging market conditions.

After setting up the sales dept. of their West London HQ, he decided to leave and set up his own property development company, Alchemi Group, with Creative Director Laura Marino. Over the past 8 years they have successfully designed, developed and managed over fifty properties.
