Mary Ann began her career in 1962 and for five years worked for an investor refurbishing flats and houses London. That business venture was the foundation on which Mary Ann built her real estate experience and she decided to start her own property development company in 1967.

Her experience includes both commercial, such as the refurbishment of 100,000 sq ft of factory space near Heathrow, and residential projects in the UK, US and France.

Most recently, a beautiful penthouse in Kensington designed and developed by Mary Ann sold for a record price for that block, proving that a financial downturn is not necessarily a barrier to success.
