The Development team at Alchemi Group is responsible for the delivery of all projects from acquisition through to completion. Through the development life cycle, the team manages all activities including risk identification and mitigation, project budgets, planning, scheme design, design development and contractor procurement.
The role of the department is to ensure that, leading into construction, all the various components of each project are working together cohesively. It is responsible for the appointments of all developments' design team consultants and for carrying the design brief through to construction. Its goal is to achieve the most cost-effective and practical solutions while maintaining the high standards of design and construction for Alchemi Group.
Alchemi Group's Planning Department secures the complex and challenging change of use consents for all schemes. During a project's feasibility phase, schemes are analysed in collaboration with planning, viability, right of light and communications consultants. The Planning Coordinator then compiles and executes each planning application, working closely with all departments to ensure that the final scheme submitted is in line with their requirements, from design to sales and marketing.
